Team USA's blog as we get ready for WCS 2008!

I kind of want to make another post todaym because I:m typing on a japanese keyboard and it:s the most impossible thing ever. I have yet to find the apostrophe button. also, what i type will randomly turn into japanese every once in a while.

yesterday we explored nagoya. we found a buddist temple just in time for their morning service and they invited us to watch. it was so beautiful, and they were so warm. i teared up a little, no joke.
uuuung, japan is so great. although there are no trash cans anywhere, i dont know how anyone throws anything away.

and vending machines are god. and there are Seven Elevens here and starbucks and every time i see one, well, reallyjust the starbucks, i want to throw a rock through the window. apparently they]re all over europe too.
go home starbucks :\
のw具rぢgふぃrd具oh shit japanese いどえs um ybye

You tuck your trash into your heart?? Or carry a baggy inside your butt pocket maybe. REcycle your own waste?

Is everything like that giant food vending machine shop in St Marks only 100x better?

We are so behind the world (especially Japan) in Vending Machines. You can get a hot meal from a Vending Machine in Japan. You are only starting to see that in America.

Japanese people just pocket their trash until they get home. Makes you darn aware of how much trash you actually produce.

They also sprout umbrellas from their hands when it rains. Arashi from X just had a condition where she sprouted a sword instead.

The only trash cans are normally right by certain vending machines because they tend to eat/drink right there instead of walking with it.

I had the same problems with the keyboards when I was over there, too.

Apostrophe is shift + 7, and to change out of Japanese there is a button where the "~" normally is in the top left cornor or next to the "1". (There are buttons on either side of the spacebar that change it Japanese input, but it's mad confusing to get out of it using those same buttons). And the elusive "@" is next to the "p".

Hahaha, Sorry for randomly popping up with this info but I know how fustrating it is trying to figure those damn keyboards out!

Good luck, sounds like alot of fun!
